He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Kruse and Norma Jean Kruse (Kinkade); his grandson Joseph Kruse; and his brothers-in-law, Elvin Wehking and Roy Wehking.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Kruse of Bingham Lake; his children, Nancy Kruse (Chris Flores) of Brewster, Karen Kruse (Andy Tjentland) of Storden and Mikel Kruse of Bingham Lake; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Kruse, Michelle Grooms (Clay), Mackenzie Wilson and Leif Tjentland; his great grandchildren, Alex, Reid, Luna and Ophelia; and his siblings, Kirby Kruse (Char) of Princeton, Betty Wehking of Janesville and Janet Wehking of Fulda. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the American Lutheran Church (2280 6th Ave, Windom, MN 56101). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
