Carol left this world on November 7, 2025 at the age of 63, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pfau and Cecelia Pfau (Fischer); and her brothers, Thomas and Ted. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Pfau, Billy Evans, Karen Evans and John Aldrich (Pammie); and her brothers, Timothy Pfau (Deborah) and Tony Pfau (Shannon). She is also survived by four grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (19 Central Ave E, New London, MN 56273).
