She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem Huebsch and Mary Huebsch (Ernesti); her husbands, Alcuin "Porkie" Athmann and Dale Rudeen; her son Mark Athmann; her stepchildren, Neil Rudeen and Mary Rudeen; her granddaughter Sara Athmann; her great grandchild Charlotte Athmann; and her siblings, Marie Olson (Ted), Bernard Huebsch, Vernon Huebsch (Jeanette) and Msgr.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Schmoll (Brad) of Lake Lillian, Merlin Athmann of Bird Island and Marty Athmann (Karla) of Bird Island; her daughter-in-law Jean Athmann of Bird Island; and her stepchildren, Ann Hoxie (George), Ellen Weyandt (Greg), Rik Rudeen (Doris), Bill Rudeen (Cindy), Alice Retka (Luke), Carl Rudeen (Mel), Peter Rudeen (Karen) and Lynn Rudeen. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; her 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary's School.
