He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Schulte and Helen Schulte (Richter); and his brothers, Michael and Roger Schulte. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Scotting of Bird Island; his children, Angela Stattman (Ryan) of Eagan and Jared Schulte of Bird Island; his grandchildren, Emerson, Rowan Stattman, Reid and Elyse Swyter; and his siblings, Judy Jacobs (George) of Blaine, Georgine Gansen (Carl) of Belle Plaine, Mark Schulte (Ruth) of Olivia and Joe Schulte (Karen) of Bird Island. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Mary's School or St. Mary's Cemetery.
