It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Louise Dockendorf of Blackduck, Minnesota, who passed away on March 21, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nistler and Anna Nistler (Mahowald); and her husband Robert J. Dockendorf. She is survived by: her children, Matt Dockendorf (Dianne) of Bemidji, Art Dockendorf (Sheila) of Bemidji, George Dockendorf (Jeannie Young) of Anita, Iowa, Bill Dockendorf (Gail) of Bemidji, Clare Backes (Bruce) of Hines, Minnesota, Pat Dockendorf (Rhonda) of Bemidji and Jean Smith (Kevin) of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota.; and her grandchildren, Anna Lauer, Luke Dockendorf, Mya Winnett, Tristan, Tanner Dockendorf, Tanis Dockendorf, Ryan Smith, Michael Dockendorf, Jack Dockendorf, Ben Dockendorf, Brandt Smith, Tyler Smith and Lance Smith. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
