Marlys Leona Westerlund Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlys Leona Westerlund of Blackduck, Minnesota, who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Darkow and Thelma Darkow (Climer); her son Justin Pierce; her grandson Aaron Pierce; and her siblings, Jim Climer and Shirley Jantzen.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Logan and Dallas; and her siblings, Betty White, Mary Ann Rindy, Richard Darkow (Bonnie), Arlene Nordrum (Chris), Wanda Nelson (Claude Carter), Martha Holt (Keith), Alice Vojak (Ron), Janet Lutgen and John Darkow (Kim). She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1903 Bemidji Ave N, Bemidji, MN 56601).
