She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and June. She is survived by: her husband Steven; her sons, Jason (Cassidy), Matthew (Heidi) and Timothy (Ali); and her grandchildren, William "Willy", Elliann "Ellie", Alex, Gavin, Sullivan "Sully", Magnolia "Noli", Lucille "Luci" and Tatum "Tate". She is also survived by four siblings; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
