He is survived by: his parents, Robert Fish and Annette Fish; his siblings, Joseph Fish, Jenna Vanderzanden (Mark Vanderzanden), Julianne VanGorden (William VanGorden) and Jacob Fish; his children, Daphne Fish, Bentley Fish and Madilyn Fish; and his grandparents, John Halverson, Robert Fish and Mary Fish.

Donations made in lieu of flowers will be used to honor John.
