She was predeceased by: her husband Randy; her daughter Julianna; her parents, Kenneth Nelson and Laurel Nelson; her sister Carol Nelson; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Hoxmeier.

She is survived by: her son Jeff Kolb (Ren); her granddaughter Juleeanna; her sister Marlette Hoxmeier; her nephews, Nicholas Hoxmeier (Rose) and Joseph Hoxmeier (Erin); and her great-niece Allison Hoxmeier.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
