He was predeceased by : his great-grandparents, Warren Meintsma and Janet Clark; and his great-great-grandparent Grace Jensen-Wise. He is survived by : his parents, Blaine Snyder and Allison Snyder (Meintsma) of Women's Hospital; his grandparents, Clint, Julie Gregg (Harvey), Eric and Julie Meintsma (Breitbach); his uncles, Josh and Mathew Meintsma; his aunt Shelby Meintsma (Snyder); his cousins, Spencer, Sutton Meintsma, Leo, Vivian and Elliott Meintsma; and his great-grandparents, David, Kay Breitbach, Betty Meintsma and Virgil Harvey. He is also survived by his parents, family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (1620 Milwaukee Ave NE, Aberdeen, SD 57401). A prayer was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.

Rory's family requests memorials be made to Carolyn Scott Rainbow House in Omaha, NE.
