It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Ocel of Blaine, Minnesota, born in River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Michael Ovsak and Cecelia Ovsak; her aunt Mary; her uncle Bart; and her siblings, Leona, Lawrence, Lavern, Delores, Delphine and Viola.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Dugas (Kevin), Steven Ocel (Joyce L.), Diane Flanagan, David Ocel (Marsha) and Matthew Ocel (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michael (Stella), Melinda (Eric), Heidi (Marcus), Heather, Sean, Anna, Rick (Tiffany), Jessie, Kelly (Matt) and John (Dandrea); and her great grandchildren, Hazley, Dillon, Jamie of Lexie, AJ, Evie, Kaiden, Wyatt, Myles and Kinsley.
