It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Westlund of Blaine, Minnesota, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Westlund to pay them a last tribute.

As Ruth departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of our hearts. Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Stauter and Caroline Stauter. She is survived by : her husband Don; her children, Doug Westlund (Cindy) and Becky Carlson (Phil); her grandchildren, Chloe Wooten (Blake), Nathan Westlund (Michaela) and Brody Carlson; and her great grandchild Beckett Wooten.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Haven Church (1555 Constance Blvd NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
