He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Fread and Louise Fread; and his siblings, Donny, Jack Peterson and Yvonne Marthaler.

He is survived by: his wife Norma (Annie); his children, Debbie (Tim), Barbie (Craig), Pennie, Pammie (Jimmy), Billy (Nikki) and Cliff (Sonya); his grandchildren, Courtney, Keshia, Billianne, Ian, Erika, Madie, Alaina and Ryan; and his great grandchild Jasper. He is also survived by extended family, and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the The Legends of Blaine (10826 Austin St, Blaine, MN 55449).
