She is survived by: her husband Stan; her children, Gary Hoekstra (Laura), Pam Bulthuis (Gaylon), Chad Hoekstra (Beth), Dohn Hoekstra (Becky) and Peggy Meyer (Brian); her grandchildren, Ron Hoekstra, Amy Hjelle (Mike), Jeremy Bulthuis (Heather), Ginger Cushman, Jewel Bulthuis, Heidi Meyer (Brandon), Matt Hoekstra (Brianna), Ashley VandeVegte (Austin), Grant Hoekstra (Christine), Jesse Meyer (Amy) and Tiffany Meyer; her great grandchildren, Abby Hjelle, Austin, Allison, Ethan Bulthuis, Katelyn Parker (Tristan), Izabella Cushman, Peyton, Carson, Dillon, Afton Meyer, Parker, Hazel, Poppy Hoekstra, Aria, Archer, Amara VandeVegte, Ruth, William Hoekstra and Milo Meyer; her great great grandchildren, Ivy and Eden Parker; her siblings, Merle Epema (Rose) and Lorraine DeGrote; and her brother-in-law Melvin Zuidema (Judy).
