She was predeceased by: her father Nathan Christianson; and her sister Cheryl Deppe. She is survived by: her husband Dean Alan Peterson; her daughters, Kari of Brookings and Kelly Peterson of Brookings; and her sisters, Karen Zander (Dan) of New Richmond and Kristi Selchow (Don) of Hinckley, Minnesota. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the Red Oak Grove Cemetery Association.
