She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Nordine and Violet Nordine; her husband Sylvester Esplan; her son Lawrence Esplan; her children-in-law, Kathy Esplan, Merle Hoy and Roger Swearingen; her grandson Dannel Nolan; and her siblings, Lawrence Nordine, Donald Nordine and Jacki Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Hoy of Blooming Prairie, Kenneth Esplan (Judy) of Blooming Prairie, Caren Swearingen of Ellendale, Curtis Esplan (Cindy) of Blooming Prairie, Joanne Perkins (Tom) of St. Paul Park, Mary Jane Linde (Steve) of Wells and Darin Esplan of Ellendale; and her sisters, Lois Friesner and Annette Jaros.
