She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Schirmer and Alice Schirmer (Mathews); her husband Warren Iversen; her siblings, Harriet Palm (Darrel), Marlys Schirmer and Reynold Schirmer; and her siblings-in-law, Charlet Hannon, Mary Kay Iversen, Diane Iversen, LuJean Iversen, Robert O'Connor, Ward Naylor, Dennis Jaeger and Daniel Hannon.

She is survived by : her children, Kevin Iversen (Robyn) of Byron, Paul Iversen (Laura) of Mt. Vernon, Michael Iversen (Kathleen) of Chaska and Barbara Iversen (Teresa Carson) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Peter Iversen (Becca), Quinn Redig (Melody), Elizabeth Grunloh (Nik), Adam Iversen, Carly Thomas (Grant), Samantha Botz (Andrew) and Nicholas Iversen (Toria Lodzinski); her great grandchildren, Everlee, Wesley Iversen, Iian Grunloh and Evelynn Redig; her siblings, Bonnie Schirmer, Robert Schirmer and William Schirmer; her siblings-in-law, Darryl Iversen, Burton Iversen, Pete Iversen (Janet), Audrey O'Connor, MaryAnn Naylor, June Jaeger and Janet Gunderson (Lenny); and her caregiver Marilyn Severtson.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (434 1st St SW, Blooming Prairie, MN 55917). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church Radio Ministry or the Blooming Prairie Cancer Group.
