She was predeceased by: her parents, Lars Lenning and Susan Lenning; her siblings-in-law, Ken Johnson, Ray Carlson and Lorraine Carlson; and her nephew Mark Rollie.

She is survived by: her husband Dale Johnson; her children, Carrie, Jeff (Becky) and Pam; her granddaughters, Jessica Kraus (Ted) and Cassie Johnson; her great grandchildren, Nolan and Cora Kraus; her siblings, Patricia Rollie and Richard Lenning (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Vicki Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Prince of Peace Mission Outpost, continuing the ministry that was so close to Barbara's heart.
