It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beryl June O'Brien of Bloomington, Minnesota, who passed away on August 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth O'Brien; her daughter Erin O'Brien; and her parents, Simon Osmundson and Bertha Osmundson (Prytz). She is survived by: her children, Michael O'Brien (Suzi), Craig O'Brien, Nancy O'Brien Smemo, Kevin O'Brien (Sandra) and Molly Riley (Terry); her grandchildren, Sean O'Brien (Cambria Reed), Katie O'Brien Huszar, Christina Cornish (Erika Tommer), Kristoffer Smemo (Heather Berg), Molly Smemo (Abby Kaufman), Casey O'Brien (Tricia), Brady O'Brien (Jade), Shane O'Brien, Alexandra Scott (Will), Tucker Pavek (Sara Ordal), Carson Pavek (Nicole Zell), Hugh Riley and Tess Riley; her niece Mary Langley (Walter); and her sister-in-law Deanna O'Brien. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Mankato Public Library, where Beryl was an avid patron.
