She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Horn and Edgar Horn; and her brother Myron Horn. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Horn, Joyce O'Hern, Lyle Horn and Judy Micko (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Devin Horn (Samantha), Jacquelyn O'Hern, Tanya O'Hern, Cory O'Hern, Gina Chase (Cory) and Luke Horn (Laura); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Everett, Emmett Horn, LeAnn, Lilian Chase, Jordan, Landon, Kohen and Olivia Horn. She is also survived by her cousins and friends.
