He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant and Wilhemina; and his great grandchild James. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Grant (Karen), Lane (Tracy), Caroline Bull (Jon) and Clark (Debbie); his grandchildren, Hannah (Christopher), Rachel (Drew), John (Claire), Sarah (Connor), Christopher and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Haakon and Soren. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
