She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Royce "Jerry" Hellerstedt; her children, Mark Hellerstedt and Monica Stokvis; her brothers, Peter and Paulie Legler of Germany; her son-in-law Paul Matthew Hanold; her mother-in-law Gertrude Hellerstedt; and her siblings-in-law, Dean Newgard and Darlene Thelen (Jerry).
She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Erika Hanold; her sister Elizabeth "Liz" Newgard; her son-in-law Gary Stokvis; her grandchildren, Carla Adelle Dolan (Seth), Andrew Paul Hanold, Erika Elizabeth Hanold, Gary Stokvis Jr. and Tony Stokvis (Kristy); her great grandchildren, Keegan, Kinsley and Keeley; and her sibling's children, Gina McDonough, Cheryl Olson (Vernon), Renee Buelow (Chris), Terry Newgard (Joy) and Steven Newgard (Demetria). She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
