He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Olson and Inez Olson; his wife Geraldine; his son Greg; his grandson Sam Schadegg; his siblings, Lester, Myron Olson and Lucille Fugina; his siblings-in-law, Katherine, Audrey Olson and Rudy Fugina; and his niece Patricia Baker.

He is survived by: his children, David (Tina) and Lisa Grannan (John); his grandchildren, Adam, Anthony (Mary), Brittany, Christopher (Nicole) and Corey; and his great grandchildren, Millie, Tommy, Emma and Ava.
