She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; and her parents, James Ryan and Grace Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Paul (Carol), Mary Hoffman (Michael) and Anne Mitchell (Warren); her grandchildren, Dan (Alyson), Katie (Ben), Megan Patrick (Dave), Kelly, Timothy, Kristina (Chris), Ellie and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Connor, Mackenzie and Baby Huffer; and her friends, Winnie, Carol and Kathy. She is also survived by Sisters, Sisters in laws and Brothers in laws.
Memorials preferred All Saints Senior Living for the loving care they provided to Phyllis.
