He is survived by: his daughter Dawn; his wife Johanna VanOtterloo; his brother Alvin Dykhuizen (Jackie); his daughter Cathy Guse (Dave); his son-in-law Mike Phillips; his grandchildren, Lisa (Piotr), Hal and Tanya; and his great grandchildren, Kam and Roen.
