He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Gilbertson and Bertha Gilbertson; his brother Duane Gilbertson; and his son-in-law Daniel Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Gilbertson; his sister Kay Gilbertson of Minneapolis, MN; his children, Teri Brooks of Sauk Centre, MN, Karli Gilbertson of Chester, CT, Marla Gilbertson of Minneapolis, MN and Reid Gilbertson (Laurel Drevlow) of Lake Elmo, MN.; his grandchildren, Maressa Rousslange (Josh), Karl Gilbertson (Meghan), Reid Gilbertson (Annabel), Nora Gilbertson, Sten Spinella, Sena Spinella and Elyse Ricigliano; and his great grandchildren, Evan Rousslange, Leo and Cam Gilbertson.
