He was predeceased by : his true love Sally Bork; his parents, John Bork and Dorothy Bork; his sister Marilyn Petersmeyer (Don); and his brothers-in-law, Marv Stover and Don Parry.

He is survived by : his sons, Dan Bork (Dana), John Bork (Jenna) and David Bork; his grandchildren, Emily Rose, Joe Thomas and Jack Jerome; and his sisters, Joanne Stover and Judy Parry. He is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Prior Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel (6527 Portland Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423).
