He is survived by: his parents, J. Charles and Sandra L. Heath (Dickey); his children, Natasha Heath of Philadelphia, Solana Heath of Milesburg, Kendall N. Heath of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Dakota S. Heath of Milesburg; his siblings, Kimberly A. Thompson and Timothy A. Heath of Osceola Mills; his nieces and nephews, Summer Rodgers, Emily Thompson, Alex Rodgers and Larry Thompson, III; and his great-nephew Theodore Ryan Rodgers.
