He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline R. Emery; his children, John Ness (Denise) and Sarah Bennetts (James); and his grandchildren, Kasey Cook, Matthew Ness (Brandy), Mindy Hoover (Derek Kreidler), Amanda Saddler (Paul) and Eric Harris (Alicia). He is also survived by great grandchildren, and many friends and extended family.
