It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Simon Strand of Bloomington, Minnesota, who passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigward Strand and May Strand; and his wife Helen. He is survived by: his sons, Randy Strand (Donna) and Rick Roose; his grandchildren, Christina, Kaitlyn, Sage, Toni, Eddie and Warren; and his siblings, Kirsten Strand and George Strand.
