It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Marie Odegaard of Bloomington, Minnesota, who passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Karen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Karen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Johnson and Marie Johnson (Prouty); and her brother John Johnson. She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Nyberg (Ken); and her sister-in-law Debby Cocking Johnson. She is also survived by her step-children, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchild, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
