He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann; his parents, Waldermar Johnson and Florence Johnson; his sisters, Virginia, Bernice and Marilyn; his son-in-law Kenneth Cooke; and his brother Wallace.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheri Cooke-Lokker (Lou); his grandchildren, Austin (Rachel) and Ashley; and his close friend May Lund. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
