She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, John Karlen and Frieda Karlen; and her brothers, Larry, Donald and Marloe.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan of Naples, FL and Tim (Karen) of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Dain and Kendall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Michaels Lutheran Church, Bloomington, MN, or Alzheimer's Assoc.
