He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hoekstra; his children, Barbara Massee (Blaine) of Bloomington, Linda Williams of Annandale, Steven Grant (Sue) of Annandale and Debbie McManus (Mike) of Annandale; his grandchildren, Breanne (Aaron), Brett (Kathryn), Angie (Drew), Brad (Chris) and Cassi (Jerame); his siblings, Joyce Counihan and Gary (Joy); and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by his wife, family, and many friends.
