She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her daughter Ann Marie; and her parents, Ethel Foy and Patrick Foy. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Farruggia, Patty Googins (Matt), Marietta Olson and Maureen Davis (Marshall); her grandchildren, Gabriel Mientka (Anca), Stephanie Mientka (Andrew) and Rosemarie Mientka; and her great grandchildren, Alex Mientka, Daniel Mientka and Walter Mientka-Krimm. She is also survived by six siblings.
