He is survived by: his children, Joslyn Biever, Meghan Murray (Joseph), Jordan Zavada (PJ) and Nicholas Biever (Emma); his grandchildren, Carter, Kellan Fleuchaus, June, John Murray, Harrison and Lenny Zavada; and his siblings, Nikki Kangas and Dan Biever.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel (2701 NE Central Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55418). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church (4537 3rd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to a charity of your choice in Mike's name.
