He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Buckingham and Rose Buckingham; and his brothers, Bob and Butch. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lou Bixby (Leonard), Jim (Donna Rae) and Tom (Sue); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Buckingham and Betty Bradley. He is also survived by 100 nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
