Kelzer (Bloomington, Minnesota), born in Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Kelzer and Leonard Kelzer; his siblings, George, Lenie and Eileen Corniea; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Hennen and Jim Corniea.

He is survived by: his son Andre; his grandson August; his siblings, Jane DuBois (John), Mary Hennen, Monica Baker (Jim), Patty Andersen (Richard) and Jeff Kelzer; and his sisters-in-law, Terry Kelzer and Jackie Kelzer.
