He is survived by: his children, Nicole Papke (Nikolas Papke) of Northfield, Minnesota, Colin Garvey (Adrienne DiLiberto) of Seattle, Washington and Michelle Garvey (Timothy Louris) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Benjamin Papke, Victoria Papke, Finlay Garvey-Louris and Thea Garvey; and his sisters, Sally Hernandez (Tony Hernandez) of Hebron and Julie Jones of San Diego, California..
