He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jason, Jon (Robyn), Michelle Herickhoff (Craig) and Meghan Kallina (JK); and his grandchildren, Maci, Chase, Riley, Jayden, Blake, Kynli, Kaiden, Harper, Presley and Jess. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
