He is survived by: his wife Joan Susanne Davig (Russeth); his brother Elling; his sister-in-law Joan Davig (Smith); his son Martin John Davig (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Nicole Bommelyn (Bob), Mya, Ava, Devin, Michelle Kelly, Kadence, Bennett, Danielle Kahn (Josh), Stiles, Alexander John Davig and Sophia Mary Davig; his daughter Ellen Susanne Holstein (Davig); his grandchildren, Anders Davig Dovre (Jen), Nelle Susanna and Nora Lynn; his children, Nels Davig Dovre (Allison) and James Peter Davig; his grandchildren, Grace Susanne, Peter Aaland and Henry Christen Iver; his daughter Sara Lynn Atkinson (Daniel); his grandchildren, Aiden Dawson, Stella Mae, Liam Davig and Britta Kay; and his godchildren, Kirsten Benidt (Davig), Jon Kuss, Christine Nedrud and Sharon Boyd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
