As we bid Penelope farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Penelope is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grivna and Mary Grivna; and her husband Robert "Bob" Peters. She is survived by: her siblings, Pauline Hill of Sheridan, WY and Tim Grivna (Sandi) of Mitchell, SD; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Peters of Coon Rapids, MN, Vickie Hinnenkamp (Marv) of Grey Eagle, MN and Barb Moore (Kenny) of Winnemucca, NV. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews; and many grand- and great-grand-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Minneapolis (1918 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A prayer will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral (1701 5th St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413).
