She was predeceased by: her parents, William Oglesby and Marvel Oglesby (Lippstock); her siblings, William Wayne, Jean Dutka (Calvin), Ruth Apel (Cletus), June Owens (Vincent), Ronald Oglesby (Marlene) and James Oglesby; her son Michael Lesch; and her nieces and nephews, Mike Kintzle, Jane Smith, Lisa, Rhonda Oglesby, Jane Dutka and Michael Dutka.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, James Francis Lesch (Michelle), Amy Frances Lesch, Susan Mary Freiburger (William), Ann Marie Lesch-St, Andrew John Lesch (Michaelle) of Scandia, MN, Carolyn Mary Sweeting Hitchcock (Chase) and William Clarence Lesch (Jane); and her sister-in-law Nancy Oglesby.
In lieu of flowers a Rita M. Lesch Memorial Fund has been established.
