He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Jensen and Mildred Jensen Bernard; his stepfather Jean Bernard; his brothers, Roger and Russell; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Martha Vonasek.

He is survived by: his wife Becky; his son Andy Lesley (Andrew); his grandchildren, Adeline (Addie) and Henry (Hank); his son Matt (Matthew); his grandchildren, Juliet and Jonah; his brother Rodney (Vicki); and his in-laws, Len Vonasek (Gayle), Wayne Vonasek (Toni), Sue Vonasek Streitz (Delbert) and Terry Vonasek (Shirl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
