With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Joseph Regan of Bloomington, Minnesota, who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Regan and Ruby Regan; his sister Louise Henke; and his daughter Pam Regan. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Regan; his daughter Mary Regan; his grandson Jacob Wenzel; and his sisters, Karen Doughan and Nancy Holliday.
