He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Christian and Regina Christian (Thompson); his siblings, Joel (Delores Christian), Orlean Christian, Mavis (James Ogilvie) and Opal (Darrel Hagedorn); and his parents-in-law, Emil G. (Mike) and Juliann Sperlich.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Sperlich; his children, Julie Lewis (Tim) of Owatonna and Mark Christian (Josanne) of Burnsville; and his grandchildren, Timothy J Lewis (Jenny) of Blue Earth, BrieAnna Melcher (Dan) of Waseca, Kathryn and Alexander Christian of Burnsville.
