He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hilpipre and Myrtle Hilpipre (Swanson); his wife Janet M. Zufall; and his daughter Valerie. He is survived by: his children, Darvin of Fairmont, Dennis (Darlene) of Blue Earth and Debra Kitson (Eddie) of Backus, MN; and his close friend Ann Buchan. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, a brother-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Patton Funeral Home (400 E 14th St, Blue Earth, MN 56013). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
