He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Oakland and Lavine Oakland (Bertelson); his grandmother Alma; and his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his daughter Mandie Johnson of Blue Earth; his sister Marilyn Bleckeberg of Albert Lea; his nephew John Bleckeberg of Albert Lea; his niece Ann Erickson; and his pet Gracie Mae. He is also survived by father, caring husband.
