With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine L. Penney (Blue Earth, Minnesota), born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, who passed away on July 20, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilheim Archibald "Archie" and Salvina Matilda Nelson (Erickson); her husband Paul G. Penney; her sister Marlene Jordan; her siblings-in-law, Nadine Penney, Paul Kieper, Francis Penney, Norb Maertens and Stan Riggs; her son-in-law Bob Holm; and her grandson Ryan Penney.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Penney (Jan) of Prior Lake, Jeff Penney (Mary) of Eden Prairie, Greg Penney (Connie) of Colorado Springs, CO, Steve Penney (Carol) of Highland Village, TX and Pam Holm of Winnebago; her sister Margaret Kieper; and her siblings-in-law, LaVonne Maertens, Rosemary Riggs and Dale Jordan. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
