With sadness, we share the passing of Renee Wensmann of Bowlus, Minnesota. Renee, born on August 11, 1959, passed away on September 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Hartung and Ann Marie Hartung (Pick); and her siblings, Bernadette Hartung, Melvin Hartung, Kenny Hartung, Izzy Hartung and Janet Hartung.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Wensmann of Bowlus; her children, Kyle Wensmann (Sada) of Rice, Megan Wensmann of Bowlus and Cory Wensmann of Bowlus; her grandson Noah Wensmann; her siblings, Gerald Hartung (Bernice), Mary Jane Boeckermann (Gerry), Doris Leen (John), Eugene Hartung (JoAnn), LeRoy Hartung (Diane), Lillian Arnzen (John), Darlene Engelmeyer (Glen) and Geri Fleischhacker (Jeff); and her sister-in-law Peg Hartung. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Edward's Catholic Church (8550 MN-238, Bowlus, MN 56314). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
